We roast your batch two days before your date. The bag shows the roast date, not "shelf life 24 months".

What people ask before their first delivery
Will the coffee arrive as beans or ground?
Whatever you prefer. In the taste quiz you choose your brewing method, and we grind for it. If you have a grinder, we leave it whole bean — freshness lasts longer that way.
Can I change the roast between deliveries?
Yes, up until roast day. Change it in the taste quiz — the next bag arrives different, while your plan and date stay the same.
What happens if I'm not home?
A reminder with a "reschedule" button arrives a day in advance. Delivery can be shifted by ±3 days or skipped entirely — you won't be charged for it.
Does the subscription renew itself?
Yes, that's the whole point: it runs until you pause or cancel it. Both buttons are in your account, not in a support chat.
How much does delivery cost?
For the "Double" and "Office" plans — included in the price. For "Morning" it's charged at the carrier's rate.
