Most returns aren't about color, they're about size. That's why we start not with a banner, but with two measurements: after that, the catalog shows only the styles currently available in your size.

Fabrics & fit

What it's made from and how it feels sits

Fabric determines whether the lingerie stays comfortable by the eighth hour of wear. Here are the four base fabrics the catalog is built from.

Cotton

Breathable, holds its shape, handles frequent washing well. The base fabric for everyday styles and pajamas.

Lace

Elastic, stretches along the edge and doesn't dig into the skin. Used in sets along the cup and the waistband of the briefs.

Microfiber

Smooth and thin, laser-cut edges. This is the same “invisible” lingerie for form-fitting clothes.

Viscose and modal

Cool to the touch, smooth, pleasantly weighty. Nightgowns, negligees, homewear sets.

How to know your fit is right

  • Horizontal waistband — doesn't ride up to the shoulder blades at the back. If it rides up, the band is too big.
  • Cup with no gap and no spillage — the fabric sits flat, the body doesn't spill over the edge.
  • The underwire sits on the rib, not on the fabric at the bust, and doesn't dig in under the arm.
  • The straps carry a quarter of the weight, the rest is held by the band. A mark on the shoulder is a sign the band isn't doing its job.
  • Neighboring sizes. Tight at the waist — go up a size and up a cup: 75C → 80B.

Care

To hold its shape longer

Lingerie wears out not from wearing it, but from washing it. Four steps that extend the life of the cup and the elastane.

Hand wash

Warm water up to 30°, mild detergent for delicate fabrics. Machine wash only in a laundry bag on the delicate cycle.

Do not wring

Press gently in a towel. Wringing breaks the underwire and stretches the elastane along the edge.

Dry in shade

Lay flat, away from radiators and direct sunlight. The cup dries in its shape, not flattened.

Storage

Cup into cup, straps tucked inside. A bra folded in half loses its shape within weeks.

No bleach, fabric softener or tumble dryer: they break down the elastane, and the piece stops holding even its own size. No need to iron lace or a molded cup.

Lingerie is a personal hygiene item, and the rules here are stricter than for a sweater. We write them before you buy, not in fine print after.

Exchange terms

✓Size exchange — 14 daysIf the cup or band size wasn't right: the item hasn't been worn, tags are in place, the hygiene strip on the panties is intact.
✓Defect or wrong itemA loose seam, a broken underwire, the wrong item in the parcel — we exchange it or refund you, and we cover shipping both ways.
−Panties and bodysuits after try-on without underwearReturns of such items are prohibited by hygiene regulations: once the protective strip is removed, the item can no longer be resold.
−Item with no tags or signs of wearCosmetics, perfume, odor, pilling — signs of use. Exchange isn't possible here, and that's not our whim, but the same hygiene rule.
✓Try-on at homeTry it on over your own underwear or a thin tank top — that way, exchange stays available.

Private packaging

The parcel tells nothing about itself. Neither the courier, nor a neighbor, nor the pickup point can see what's inside.

  • Opaque kraft bag with no logos or clear windows
  • On the customs form — neutral "textile", no model names
  • Inside: a box with a fabric cover, items packed separately in envelopes
  • Receipt and exchange form — in a sealed envelope
  • Gift: ribbon wrapping, a card with your message, no price on the enclosed items

Across Ukraine, shipped on the order day until 15:00. Fitting at a branch isn't available — the item is hygienically packaged.
