Shipping terms
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are packed the same day.
Courier shipping — daily until 4:00 PM, except Sunday.
Courier within the city — daily, time slot confirmed by phone call.
Packaging with a ribbon and a card adds about an hour to assembly.
A handmade card with a signature takes one extra day to prepare.
Pickup — on the day of the order, after we notify you it's ready.

Questions

Briefly about packaging and delivery

Yes. A box, bag, and card can be ordered without an item — choose the packaging option you need on the product page, and add the gift yourself.

No. We don't put a receipt or price tags in the box, and for courier delivery to the recipient the documents are handed to the customer separately.

The saved signature is added to every card in the order. If you need different texts, mention it in the comment and we'll split them.

As long as the order hasn't been packed — yes. After packaging, changes are only possible with repackaging, and we'll warn you about it by phone.
