Warranty and maintenance

A watch is bought once, serviced for years

That's why service gets its own block here, not a line in fine print at the bottom of the page.

24-month warranty

Covers the movement and case coating. We fill in the warranty card at handover and send a copy by email.

Rate adjustment

The first accuracy adjustment is free within 30 days of purchase. The movement "breaks in" on the wrist.

Scheduled maintenance

Movement cleaning and lubrication — every 4–5 years. We'll remind you when it's due.

Bracelet sizing

We remove or add links to fit your wrist at pickup. Removed links are returned in the box.

Water-resistance check

After a battery change or opening the case back, the case is checked for water-tightness — otherwise the protection doesn't count.

Strap replacement

We fit any strap from the first screen to your model — on the spot, while you wait.

Return policy

Doesn't fit your wrist — we take it back

We say this before you buy, not hide it in fine print: watches are chosen by eye, and you don't always get it right the first time.

  1. Message us within 14 days

    Just the order number is enough. No need to explain the reason.

  2. Pack it the way you received it

    Box, warranty card, removed bracelet links, protective film on the case back.

  3. Hand it to the courier

    Return shipping within 14 days is on us.

  4. Get your refund

    We refund the same way you paid, after inspecting the watch.

What makes a return impossible

  • signs of wear: scratches on the crystal, bezel, or clasp
  • bracelet shortened for the customer with links not kept
  • mechanical damage or water marks
  • missing warranty card or original box
  • case-back engraving done at the buyer's request
