Weekend and evening callouts
Most relocations don't happen on a weekday morning, so evenings and Saturdays are normal working hours for us, not "if we're lucky".
Monday — Friday, 08:00–19:00base rate
Evening callout, after 19:00+15%
Saturday and Sunday+10%
Night departure, 22:00–06:00+30%
Order for tomorrow by 20:00no extra charge
Same-day callout+250 UAH for the callout
How to book a date
- You write the date, addresses and floors — both
- You send photos or videos of the rooms
- You get the crew size and hour range
- The date is reserved for you without prepayment
If plans change
- You can reschedule the date a day in advance — free of charge
- Cancel the evening before — no penalty
- Crew is more than 30 minutes late — first hour is free
- Damaged an item — we document it on-site and compensate
