Cost and timeframes
So there are no surprises at the checkout: what makes up the amount and what affects the time.
What the amount consists of
The checklist shows the cost of the notarial act. Set separately by law:
- state duty or certification fee;
- Pension Fund fee for certain transactions;
- extracts from state registers.
How long to wait
- power of attorney, consent, will, certification — the same day;
- real estate and car contracts — 1–2 business days;
- inheritance — application right away, certificate in 6 months.
If documents are missing
We order register extracts, property appraisals, and certificates ourselves — you won't need to come in twice. We agree on this when booking and give you the final amount right away.
