Key points at a glance
How soon does the courier arrive?
Within the city — usually 40–60 minutes after confirmation. During the lunch rush, it's better to order ahead: pick a specific time and we'll deliver right within the window.
Will the meal still be hot?
We pack it in a thermo box straight from the kitchen, the courier carries it in a thermal bag. Soup and hot dishes arrive warm, salad and dessert — separate, so nothing mixes.
Can I order once, without a subscription?
Yes. A subscription is just a more convenient option for those who order every day. A one-time order is placed the same way, through the form or by phone.
What about allergies and special requests?
Write it in the comment to your order: no onion, no gluten, less salt. Each dish's composition is listed in the menu — if an item doesn't suit you, we'll swap it for another one from the same day.
How to pay?
By card online, bank transfer, or cash to the courier. For companies, we offer invoice payment with documents.
Do you deliver lunches to the office for several people?
Yes, that's our regular format. We combine portions into one order, each one labeled — you can hand them out to colleagues in a minute.
