We'll swap in your name, products and prices — this is a sample layout. The client moves the real assortment over from any of their existing sites, we pull it ourselves.

Each series has its own clay and glaze. Items from different series sit comfortably on the same table: the shapes match, only the color differs.

Grey-green ash glaze with streaks — no two pieces are alike, that's a feature of the firing.

Material, oven and dishwasher
The main question about ceramics is whether it's oven- and dishwasher-safe. The answer depends on the series, so it gets its own line instead of fine print at the bottom.

Sharp contrast
Ceramics don't like temperature swings: don't go straight from the fridge into a hot oven — warm it up together with the oven.
Uneven edge
The unfired bottom and fingerprints in the glaze are signs of handwork, not a defect. No two items are ever quite alike.
Care
Abrasive powder wears away the matte glaze. A soft sponge and regular dish soap are enough.

If you don't have time to assemble it yourself — three ready-made sets. The button takes you to the builder, where you can remove something or add your own.
Fragile
How we pack
Ceramics break in transit not from the box being dropped, but from items knocking into each other. That's why we pack each one separately.
1Wrapping
Each item is wrapped in kraft paper, then a layer of foam wrap on top. Teapot and jug handles are secured separately.
2Dividers
We stand plates on edge, with cardboard spacers between them. A stack of plates can't be transported flat.
3Filling
We fill the gaps in the box with paper filler until the contents stop shifting when shaken.
4Labeling
The box is marked "fragile" with the correct side up, and with the carrier we register it as fragile cargo.
If it still arrives broken
Film the unboxing on video and message us the same day — we'll send a replacement or refund the damaged item. The set stays intact either way: we won't recalculate the bundle discount.

Fragile item delivery
Three ways. Delivery cost is not included in the set price and is calculated separately at checkout.

Branch or parcel locker. Bulky sets with teapots and platters — branch only, boxes like these don't fit in a parcel locker.

We deliver within an agreed two-hour window. The courier waits while you check the contents of the box.

Key points at a glance
Can I mix series in one set?
Yes, that's exactly what the builder is for. Item shapes are the same across all series, only the glaze color differs — "Milk" plates sit fine next to "Clay" mugs.
How is the set discount calculated?
Based on the number of items in the cart, not the total: 5% from 4 items, 10% from 8, 15% from 12. The discount recalculates as soon as you add or remove something.
Why are items from the same series slightly different?
Glaze spreads differently during firing, so the shade and pattern of swirls never match between two plates. That's a feature of handmade work, not a defect.
Can I buy an extra item for the set later?
Yes, we keep the series in ongoing production. The shade of a new batch may differ slightly from the previous one — that's normal for firing.
Is there gift packaging?
Yes, sets from the "For gifts" section are packed in a box with kraft filler and a card with no prices.
