What people ask at the first meeting
How many months before the date should we start?
The earlier — the bigger the choice of venues and team: popular locations and photographers for the warm season get booked first. But we also work with short timelines — then we simply narrow down the options and make decisions faster.
We've already found a restaurant and a photographer. Will you take this on?
Yes. In that case we take care of the rest: we coordinate with those you've already chosen, find what's missing, and bring everyone together into one schedule for the day. You don't redo your part.
Do you earn from vendors?
Our income is the cost of our work in the package, shown as a separate line in the budget. We show vendor terms exactly as they're given to us, and the choice is always yours.
What happens if it rains?
For any outdoor wedding we prepare a backup plan: a covered area, a tent, or moving the ceremony indoors. We make the decision together with you the evening before or in the morning — the day timeline has a separate slot for this.
How many people from your team will be there on the wedding day?
It depends on the number of guests and the format. For an intimate ceremony, a coordinator is usually enough; for a large wedding with decor, it takes a team with assistants and a separate setup crew. We agree on the lineup in advance, and you know everyone by name.
How does payment work?
We split the work into stages: the first payment secures the date, the rest — according to an agreed schedule before the wedding day. You pay vendors directly under their own contracts, so you see all the amounts.
