Arrived early? Leave your bags in the storage room — your room will be ready at 2 PM.

Leave the key and linens at reception. Late check-out until 15:00 — 200 UAH, if the room is free.

Smoking and alcohol in rooms
Smoking — outside near the entrance. No drinking in the rooms or kitchen.

You can bring friends into the common areas, but not into the rooms.

Quiet hours: no music without headphones, no loud talking in the hallways, and no packing suitcases in the room. Need to leave at night — pack your things in the evening and leave them at reception.
Shared space
Kitchen, lounge and a place to work
You can cook around the clock, dishes and spices are shared. Everyone cleans up after themselves — that's the only kitchen rule.
Kitchen
Two stoves, an oven, a fridge with labeled shelves, dishes for everyone. Store food with a sticker and date.
Living room
A sofa, a projector for evening movies, a shelf with books and board games. This is where people meet before heading out to explore the city.
A place to work
A long table by the window, outlets at every seat, and quiet until noon. Calls — in the hallway or kitchen.
