Step 4 · Yard
Access and space for the vehicle
The most common reason for a failed pickup isn't the waste — it's the yard. Check the dimensions before we head out.
Flatbed van
Length 5.5 m · width 2.1 m · height 2.5 m
Fits almost anywhere
Dump truck 6 m³
Length 7 m · width 2.5 m · height 3.2 m
Turning space needed
Dump truck 12 m³
Length 9 m · width 2.5 m · height 3.6 m
Clear access only
Three things worth checking
Arch or barrier lower than 3 m — a large dump truck won't fit, we send a smaller vehicle.
There must be no branches or wires above the unloading spot: the body lifts to a height of about 5 m.
If the yard has a pass system, notify security or the HOA board — we'll give the truck's plate number the day before.
