FAQ
What People Ask Before Calling
What determines the buyback amount?
On the model and year, mileage, body and engine condition, trim, service history and documents. We give a preliminary range from photos, the exact amount after inspection.
Are you sure you won't lower the price at the meeting?
The quoted amount changes only if the inspection reveals something the photos didn't show: hidden damage, a VIN mismatch, or a lien. In that case, we explain the reason and show it on the car.
Do you buy cars that are financed or under lien?
Yes. Together with you, we agree on how to settle the obligation to the bank or leasing company, after which the lien is removed and the deal goes through.
What if the car won't start?
Do nothing. We carry out the inspection where the car is parked, we arrange the tow truck ourselves — the transport cost is included in the «turnkey» format.
What documents are needed for the deal?
Owner's passport, tax ID number, and vehicle registration certificate. If the owner can't be present, a notarized power of attorney is required — we'll advise on the wording in advance.
How does payment work?
After signing the contract — cash in hand or a bank transfer, whichever suits you. The money changes hands at the same meeting, no "tomorrow" and no "after inspection".
