Do I need to come to the office?
No. We accept documents as scans or photos via messenger, and file reports through the online account. An in-person meeting is available if you prefer.
Dealing with debts and missed reports?
Yes. First we check the status in your taxpayer account, show the list of unfiled reports and assessments, then agree on the process and cost of restoring your accounting.
What happens if the tax office sends a request?
We prepare the response and a package of supporting documents, agree it with you, and submit it by the deadline. Included in the "Work" and "Full accounting" packages.
Who's responsible if an accounting error causes a fine?
The parties' liability is fixed in the contract before work begins. If a fine occurs through our fault, we compensate it under the terms of the contract.
Will you help choose a single tax group?
Yes. We compare options based on your turnover, types of activity, and whether you have employees, and show the tax burden calculation for each.
How to submit documents every month?
Whatever's convenient for you: messenger, email, or a shared cloud folder. At the start we give you a short checklist of what to send so nothing gets missed.
