Booking and cancellation

1. Booking by phone. You name the service, barber and convenient day — you get the time and price confirmed.
2. Arrive within 5 minutes. The chair is held for 15 minutes, after that the time goes to the next guest.
3. Cancellation — no later than 3 hours in advance. That way there's still time to give the slot to someone else.
4. You can reschedule twice. Next, the barber will ask you to choose the final date.
5. No prepayment. Payment after the service, cash or card.
6. Children up to 12 years accepted only accompanied by an adult.
