What people ask before the first visit
Does it hurt during procedures?
Most skincare treatments feel like warmth or light tingling. Where sensitivity is higher — with device-based methods and medium peels — we use cooling and topical anesthesia. We warn you about the sensations in advance, not "as we go".
How many sessions will I need?
This becomes clear after the diagnosis: a one-time procedure handles a care task, while work with pigmentation, tone, or hair is almost always a course. At the consultation, the cosmetologist states the number of visits and the pause between them before you pay for the first one.
When will the result be visible?
The effect of cleansing and hydration is visible right after the treatment. Skin renewal, tone and pigment correction build up gradually — that's why we photograph the condition at every visit and compare not "by eye", but by the photos.
Can laser procedures be done in summer?
Yes, but with conditions: active sun and a fresh tan are reasons to reschedule the session or adjust the settings. The cosmetologist assesses your phototype and skin condition, selects a safe option, and prescribes sun protection for the course period.
How to prepare for the first visit?
Come without makeup, or with a way to remove it, and bring a list of the products you use at home and any medications you take. If you've recently had procedures at another clinic, let us know — it affects the pause before a new one.
What are the contraindications?
General for cosmetology: pregnancy and lactation for some methods, inflammation and skin damage in the treatment area, exacerbation of chronic conditions, oncology, certain medications. The full list depends on the specific treatment — that's why we fill out the questionnaire before, not after.
