Device warranty
24 months on hubs, sensors, switches and relays. The warranty card is generated with the order, no need to keep the box.
Exchange within 14 days
The device didn't fit your system — return it complete and get another one or your money back. No need to explain why.
Installation warranty
12 months on technician's work. If the scenario falls apart after installation — the visit and troubleshooting are free.
Loaner device
For the duration of diagnostics we provide a loaner, so security or heating isn't left without control.
