A catalog put together by season and water

Not a grid of a thousand items. Tell us when and where you're headed — and you'll see only what actually works on that water at that time of year.

Where and when are you going?

Tackle for your choice

Items suited to the water and weather of the chosen season. The rest of the catalog doesn't disappear — it just stays out of the way while you choose.

we'll fill in your name, products and prices — this is a sample layout. The client transfers the real assortment from any of their own site; we handle it ourselves.

Gear care

Five after-trip habits that save your gear from the most common breakdowns.

Reel after the water
  • Rinse the housing with fresh water, no pressure, and wipe dry — a jet forces sand under the seal
  • Loosen the drag before the next trip so the washers don't seize
  • Once a season — a drop of thick grease on the main gear, light oil on the line roller
Braid and Line
  • After fishing, respool the line — the top 20–30 meters wear the most and can be swapped end for end
  • Dry the spool in the shade: direct sun kills braid faster than rocks do
  • Wet the line before tying a knot — a dry knot loses up to a third of its strength.
Waders and wading suit
  • Dry turned inside out, starting from the inside — inner moisture wears the membrane faster than outer
  • Store on a wide hanger, not folded: creases at the folds leak first.
  • A small puncture can be patched from the inside while it's still small.
Tent and sleeping bag
  • Never pack a damp tent: a day in the bag and the seams start to smell, mold follows.
  • Store the sleeping bag loose in a large sack, and keep the compression sack for travel only
  • Sweep the tent floor before packing it up: sand wears through the silicone coating.
Hooks, knives, tools
  • Dry hook boxes open — rust starts from a single damp lure.
  • Wipe the knife and pliers dry and run a thin coat of oil over the joints.
  • A dull hook takes a minute to sharpen with a file, but you'll lose noticeably fewer fish
