before dispatch
Call or request
By phone or through the form on the website. Just the pickup address and destination are enough.
Price before pickup
The dispatcher quotes the price and pickup time upfront — it doesn't change during the ride.
Car on the way
We send the car's make, color, and license plate. The driver calls upon arrival.
Payment on the spot
Cash or card in the car. A trip receipt is available on request.
