- We hold the item for 3 hours after your call.
- Pre-order for the morning — by 20:00 the day before.
- Packaging in craft paper — no extra charge.

We deliver in thermal bags in two runs, so bread arrives with a crisp crust, not steamed soft.
- Morning run 08:00–10:00, afternoon run 16:00–18:00.
- We deliver cakes separately, in a stabilized box.
- Orders from 700 UAH — free delivery.
