What the specialist takes along
Common materials are already in the van: typical jobs get done in one visit, no "I'll go to the store".
Always in the van
- Outlets, switches, mounting boxes, frames
- Breakers, RCDs, terminal blocks, DIN rail
- Cable in standard cross-sections, corrugated conduit, cable trunking
- Multimeter, voltage tester, line tester, thermal camera
- Hammer drill, wall chaser, and vacuum cleaner — we clean up after ourselves
What you need to prepare
- Access to the panel and a clear path to the work area
- If you have one — a wiring plan or a photo of the panel
- Your own fittings, if you bought them yourself
- Advance notice to neighbors if we shut off the riser
Safety and warranty
We cut the power and test it
Before work starts, the line is switched off and checked for voltage with a tester, not "by touch". The panel stays under the technician's control for the duration of the work.
Connections, not twisted joints
Terminal blocks or crimp sleeves, cable sized for the load, a dedicated line for high-power appliances. We remove twisted joints hidden under plaster.
Acceptance in your presence
After the work, we check every point under load together and take a measurement, then sign off the list of completed work. We haul away the debris.
