Turnaround by complexity
Turnaround is counted from the day the item is with us and measurements are taken. For wedding items and date-bound orders we build in a buffer — let us know upfront.
tier 1
Simple
same day — 2 days
Button, hem, small darning, elastic replacement, buttonhole. Often done while you wait nearby.
tier 2
Medium
2–5 days
Side take-in, darts, zipper, fitting a dress or shirt. One fitting after cutting.
tier 3
Complex
7–10 days
Coats and jackets: shoulders, lining, full refitting to your figure. Two fittings, the garment is taken apart down to the seams.
level 4
Made to measure
2–3 weeks
From pattern to finished piece: mockup, two to three fittings, final finishing. We choose the fabric together before we start.
