What people ask before signing
How much does a measurement visit cost?
Measurement and estimate preparation are free if the property is within the city. A specialist arrives at a convenient time, takes measurements, photographs the condition of the utilities, and you receive the finished estimate in PDF.
Why can't the estimate be given over the phone?
We can only give a per-m² guideline. The actual amount depends on the condition of the screed and walls, the number of electrical points, layout changes, and finish level. These things show up at the measurement visit, not from a description over the phone.
Who buys the materials?
We usually source rough materials ourselves — via invoices, at purchase price. You choose the finishing materials yourself: we give you a list of what's needed with quantities, and on request we accompany you to showrooms and accept delivery on site.
What happens if hidden problems are found during the process?
Such work is entered into a separate approval sheet with scope and price. Work starts only after your signature. We can't quietly add an amount to the estimate — it's stated in the contract.
Can you live in the apartment during renovation?
For cosmetic renovation — often yes, we work room by room. For major renovation with demolition and screed work, living in the apartment won't be possible: dust, water, no electricity or plumbing. We discuss this at the scheduling stage.
What's the warranty on the work?
The warranty period is fixed in the contract as a separate clause and covers the work we performed. Materials and equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty — all documents are handed over together with the acceptance certificate at project handover.
