The tile is usually purchased by the customer — it's their choice and their money. We cover the consumables ourselves, because they determine whether the work holds up.

- Tile and porcelain tile — with a cut calculation, which we provide in writing
- Decor, border, mosaic, step tiles
- Grout — you choose the color, we specify the type for the joint
- Plumbing access panels, floor drains, profiles, if visible
We bring it
included in the labor price
- Adhesive for your format: large format needs its own — it's not the same bag
- Primer, waterproofing, corner tape
- Leveling system, spacers, wedges, string line
- Tools: tile cutter, wet saw, hole saws, angle grinder for edge cutting
- Removal of construction waste in bags
If it's more convenient for us to order the tile — we'll handle it based on your list and hand over the supplier's receipts with no markup on materials.
