A project stays alive as long as someone is watching over it
A set of drawings won't build itself. Supervision means regular site visits, checking the work against the project, and on-site decisions when reality doesn't match the drawings. Ordered separately from the project.
Checking against drawings
We check dimensions and markings against the project sheets. Any discrepancy is recorded with photos and described with how to fix it, before the layer gets covered by the next one.
On-site decisions
The riser turned out to be 12 cm closer than on the developer's plan — we redo the junction right away, not after a week of correspondence.
Conversation with the crew
We handle the installers' questions ourselves. You don't have to relay technical things in your own words or become a translator between the project and the contractor.
Details aren't "simplified." The most common loss in a project is when a complex solution is quietly swapped for a familiar one, because it's faster.
Mistakes get caught before finishing. Moving an outlet in the wall chase is half an hour of work; after the tiling, it's redoing the wall.
The budget doesn't drift. Materials are bought to specification and calculated quantities, not 'take some extra just in case'.
