About timelines and budget

A layout plan for a 60–90 m² apartment takes roughly two to three weeks. A full project with drawings takes two to two and a half months. The timeline is counted from the day you have access to the site and a completed brief. Delays are most often not on our side: the stage pauses while the client chooses between two layout options.

Yes, that's exactly the point of the two paths. Many people start with the planning solution, take it to completion, and only then decide whether drawings and visualizations are needed. If you come back for the full project, the planning stage isn't paid for twice — we credit it toward the cost.

We calculate quantities: how many square meters of wall, linear meters of skirting board, how many light fixtures. With these quantities you get comparable estimates from crews — they're all pricing the same thing, not each their own. Contractors set the prices for the work; we don't earn anything on them.

You can, and you should. The best moment is when you have the keys and bare walls: the layout plan then affects the water, electrical and ventilation routing. If the renovation is already underway, we take it on too, but some decisions will be limited by what's already been done.

Revisions within the agreed brief — as many as needed for the solution to suit you. Only a change to the brief itself is charged separately: when an extra room appears after the layout is approved, the family composition changes, or a wet zone is relocated.

At the consultation we'll tell you what criteria to choose the crew by and what to ask at the first meeting. The project is put together so the crew can be swapped mid-renovation: the next one works from the same sheets.
