Come in during working hours with your shoes in hand — no appointment needed. An appointment is only needed if you want to be sure of catching the master for a specific job.
You walk in
The door is on the corner, there's no doorbell. There are usually one or two people in line.
We look at the pair
We tell you the price and timeframe before we start. Didn't agree — you take your shoes back, that's fine.
Quick jobs — while you wait
Heel taps, a hole, resoling. You sit nearby and pick them up right there.
Long — you leave it
We give a receipt with the date. When it's ready, we'll let you know — pick it up any time before evening.
