diagnostic session

Simple at first let's see, the way the child says it

One calm 60-minute meeting: the child plays and talks, I listen and observe, you ask all your questions. At the end you leave not with anxiety, but with understanding — whether sessions are needed, which kind, and roughly how many.

The child can stay with mom or dad in the room the whole time — it's calmer for both.

when to seek help

Choose your child's age — and see what's normal for it

Parents most often come with the question "aren't I worrying too soon". Check what you recognize in your child. This isn't a diagnosis — it's a way to understand whether there's something to discuss at the meeting.
