how a session works

45 minutes where the child plays, not "studies"

The order is the same every time — children feel calmer when they know what's coming next. The material changes, the rhythm stays.

1

Warm-up

Articulation exercises in a game format, breathing, gentle facial warm-up. The child eases into the session without a "sit down, let's start".

5–7 min
2

Main goal

What you came for: setting the sound, automating it, phrase structure, vocabulary. The hardest part goes first, while the head is fresh.

15–20 min
3

Reinforcement through play

The same, but in lotto games, cards, movement or a story. A sound has to live in speech, not just at the desk in the office.

12–15 min
4

Conversation with parents

What worked today, what to do at home before next time, what to watch for. Short and concrete, no jargon.

5 min
between sessions

At home — 10 minutes a day, and that really is enough

Results come not from the number of sessions per week, but from what happens between them. But "practicing at home" doesn't mean sitting the child at a table for an hour.

One exercise, not ten

After each session you get exactly what needs to be practiced this week. Not a "40-page workbook", but one or two tasks.

A little every day

10 minutes a day works better than an hour on Sunday. On the way to kindergarten, in the kitchen, in the bathroom — the sound gets reinforced in everyday life, not at a desk.

Clear explanations

I show you the exercise itself — how to hold the tongue, how it should sound, what mistakes are typical. You go home knowing how to do it yourself.

Contact between meetings

If something is not working at home or the child refuses — write to me, we will sort it out before the next session, not a week later.

What not to do at home: correcting every word, saying “say it properly” in front of strangers and comparing with other children. That is the fastest way to make a child go silent altogether.

online and in person

Two formats — and an honest take on who each one suits

Online isn't a worse version of an in-person session, but it's not universal either. After the diagnostic session I'll tell you directly which format will work for your child.

In-person, at the practice

45 minutes · individual

  • Sound elicitation with probes and a mirror — where touch is needed
  • For toddlers under four and children who find it hard to hold attention on a screen
  • Movement games, toys, cards — everything that doesn't fit in the camera
650 UAH per session (45 min)

Online

45 minutes · video call

  • Automating sounds already corrected, vocabulary, phrases, school preparation
  • For children from 4–5 years old, when abroad or far from the office
  • An adult stays nearby for the first few meetings — after that, most children work independently
550 UAH per session (45 min)
