What to bring on arrival day
Without the full package the child will not be accepted — this is a requirement for children's health facilities, not our own rule. Certificates are issued shortly before arrival, so get them a week or two in advance.

- 4Copy of vaccination recordan extract from the child's medical record

- 6Child's questionnaireallergies, medication, diet, behavioral notes, who is authorized to pick up the child
Reserved spot
You choose a session and leave a request. We confirm spot availability and hold it for your child.
Contract and payment
We send the contract and invoice. The spot is confirmed after the deposit, with the balance due by check-in day.
Meeting point and check-in
Three days before we send the meeting time and place, a packing list and the counselor's contact. Transfer to camp is on us.
