Diagnostic intake

Inspection under a loupe with the case back removed — 200 UAH per item. If you agree to repair, this amount is included in the cost of work. After the inspection, we quote the price and timeframe, and only then get started.

1. Booking

   Choose a convenient time, come in with your watch. The queue is rarely longer than one item.

2. Inspection on the spot

   We take off the case back, look at the movement and show you what we see ourselves.

3. Price and timeframe before starting

   We write it down on the receipt. It never costs more than agreed — if anything else turns up, we call you first.

4. Handover with a check

   We show the rate on the instrument and explain when to come in for the next servicing.
