What to bring
Nothing complicated, but with these small details, diagnostics will take just one visit.
- 1The watch itself — along with the strap
Even if the strap is torn: the mounting and wear marks show how the watch was worn.
- 2Passport or warranty card
If you still have them. They show the caliber model — that saves time identifying parts.
- 3All removed parts
The case back, bracelet links, a hand, the crystal — even fragments. Putting the original part back is almost always better value than hunting for a replacement.
- 4A short history
When it stopped, whether it was dropped, whether it got wet, whether anyone opened it before us. That is half the diagnosis.
- 5Understanding the result
Tell us what matters most to you: accuracy, appearance, or preserving originality. The scope of work depends on this.
- 6A little time
An inspection with the case back removed takes 15–20 minutes. It's better not to rush and hear everything on the spot.
