FAQ

What people ask before their first trip

What determines the final price?

It depends on the distance, vehicle type, weight and size of the cargo, whether loaders are needed, and whether there's a return load. Waiting time during loading and weekend work are calculated separately. We state all the components before departure.

How far in advance do I need to book a vehicle?

A city trip can usually be closed same-day; intercity and full-truck trips are best arranged in advance. The dispatcher confirms the exact dispatch time after checking available transport for your date.

Do you insure the cargo?

The carrier's liability is stated in the contract. If needed, we arrange separate cargo insurance — especially useful for equipment, machinery and fragile shipments.

What documents will accounting receive?

A transport agreement, a waybill and a certificate of completed works. For trips to the EU, we add international transport documents. We agree on the payment method before the trip.

Can I track where the cargo is right now?

Yes. Each trip has a dedicated dispatcher: they report departure, passing key route points and arrival for unloading. You can message or call anytime during the trip.

Do you work with individuals or only companies?

With both. For private clients, a request and price agreement are enough; for companies, we prepare a full set of documents and work by bank transfer.
