How we work

Four steps from request to signed waybill

The process is the same for a city trip and a truck to Europe — only the documents and timelines change.

You provide the route, weight, dimensions and preferred date. If the cargo is unusual, we ask for photos or measurements.

We send you the cost and vehicle type for your cargo. After confirmation, we assign a vehicle and driver to the trip.

The vehicle arrives at the agreed time. We issue the waybill and, if needed, help with loading and securing.

We stay in touch en route and notify you on arrival. After unloading we hand over the signed documents.
