FAQ

What it's about asked before booking

I've never been to a psychologist. Is that something to be ashamed of?
Reaching out for support is as ordinary as seeing a doctor when something hurts. At the first meeting you don't need to prove anything or find the "right" words — we'll start with a simple conversation about what's on your mind right now.
How long does the work take?
It depends on the request. A specific situation is sometimes resolved in a few sessions; deeper topics need longer work. We discuss a rough estimate after getting to know each other, and you can stop at any point.
Will everything I say stay between us?
Yes. Confidentiality is a basic rule of the work, and we go over it at the first session. The only exceptions are those directly required by law, which I warn about in advance.
Does online work worse than in person?
The format affects convenience, not depth. Online sessions follow the same rhythm and the same agreements. All you need is a quiet place where you won't be interrupted for an hour.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Say so directly — it's a normal and useful part of the process. We'll either change the way we work, or I'll recommend a colleague with a different approach. There's no need to keep going "so as not to offend".
How do I reschedule or cancel a meeting?
Write or call — we'll reschedule the time. Cancellation without payment is possible no later than a day before the meeting; we agree on this in advance to avoid misunderstandings.
