FAQ

What people ask before their first visit.

I've never worked out at a gym. Where do we start?

With an intro briefing. The trainer will show you the equipment, set your technique on basic exercises and put together a first plan — with a load that fits you right now. After that, it's the plan, with gradual progress.

Do I need a doctor's note?

A medical certificate isn't required, but tell your trainer about any chronic conditions, injuries or limitations before your first session — the program depends on it.

What to bring to your first class?

Bring indoor sports shoes, workout clothes and a water bottle. Towel and a locker room spot are provided by the club.

Can I come to a group class without booking?

For classes with limited spots, it's best to sign up in advance — that way you're guaranteed a spot in the group. For the rest, just come by the schedule.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes, freezing your membership during vacation or illness is available on full-access plans. We clarify the terms and freeze period when you sign up.

How many times a week should you train?

Depends on your goal and starting fitness level. At first, people usually take two to three sessions a week and add a fourth once the body adjusts to the load.
