Limitations and injuries
We work with what you have, not "tough it out"
A hernia, an old fracture, a knee after surgery, hypertension, pregnancy and the postpartum period — these aren't reasons not to train. They're reasons to train differently.
First — limits
I ask about diagnoses and limitations before the first set. If a doctor's clearance is needed — we wait for it, not "we'll try carefully".
Swap, not skip
Shoulder hurts — another exercise takes over. Axial load isn't allowed — we give the same load lying down or sitting.
Pain stops the session
Sharp pain is a stop signal, not "push through it". Then we change the exercise or I refer you to a specialist.
