The market charges 10–20 % of the development cost for the specification alone. We charge 15 % and credit it against the project if you stay with us.

I have no spec, only an idea.
That is a normal starting point. The first stage is exactly the turning of an idea into a specification: we take the process apart, sketch the screens, write out the logic. After that you decide whether to build.
Will the code be mine?
Yes. We hand over the source code and the documentation. No lock-in to us as the only possible contractor.
Can we start small?
Yes, and that is almost always right. An MVP is not the "cheap option" but a way to test the hypothesis before all the money is spent.
