A supplier sends a new price list — someone opens Excel and spends three hours reconciling it with the catalogue. A competitor publishes 40 new items — names, specs and photos have to be typed in by hand. An order arrives — it is copied into a spreadsheet, followed by a call and a status change. A product runs out — and stays in the catalogue until somebody notices.
This is not work, it is routine that companies put up with for years because "that is how the admin panel works". The AI agent takes exactly that away — and leaves the decisions to you.
Give it a link to a supplier's or competitor's catalogue — the agent collects names, specifications, descriptions and photos, converts them to your structure and puts them into a catalogue draft. You only review and confirm.
Excel, CSV, XML, YML, a file link or an API — the format is irrelevant. The agent reads columns with arbitrary names, maps them to catalogue fields, matches items by SKU and updates prices and stock.
A new order is handled immediately: availability check, totals and delivery, status, waybill and a message to the customer. Edge cases go to a manager with a short note on what is wrong.
The dullest part is sorting thousands of products into categories and setting filter attributes. The agent does it from descriptions and specs: brand, power, size, compatibility. Filters in the shop stop being empty.

It works like this: you speak or type a command in plain words, the agent shows a preview — how many products it affects and what exactly changes — and executes only after your "yes". English and Ukrainian work out of the box; several languages at once if needed.
