Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Here we explain, simply and honestly, what data the Soft Plus studio collects, why, whom we share it with, and how you can manage it.
Updated: 01.07.20261. Who is responsible for your data
The controller and processor of personal data is the web development studio Soft Plus (Kyiv, Ukraine). For any privacy-related questions, write to [email protected] or reach us on Telegram at @softplus.
2. What data we collect
We collect only what you provide yourself, plus the technical data required for the site to work:
- Brief form and inquiry data: name, email or Telegram/nickname, phone number, the chosen package or service, project description — everything you enter in the form or send via the "Call an operator" button.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, approximate city (by IP) — for basic analytics and a personalized greeting.
- Geolocation data: if you explicitly allow access to your location in the browser — approximate coordinates, to determine your city more precisely. Without your permission we do not receive it.
- Cookies and analytics: anonymized data about visits (see section 6).
- Messages in the AI chat: the text of your requests is processed in order to answer them.
We do not collect payment data on the site and do not ask for anything unnecessary.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process data on the basis of your consent (when you submit a form or allow cookies/geolocation) and our legitimate interest — to respond to your request and to keep the site running and secure. Providing data is voluntary; without contact details we will not be able to process your inquiry.
5. Whom we share data with
We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. Technically, data may be processed by the trusted services we use:
- Telegram — inquiries from the form and the operator button arrive in our working chat.
- Google Analytics — anonymized visit statistics.
- Cloudflare — site protection and acceleration, captcha verification (Turnstile).
- IP-based geolocation providers — determining the approximate city (only the IP is passed on).
- Hosting provider — storage and delivery of the site.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
7. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to communicate about the project and carry out the work, after which we delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is stored in anonymized form. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see section 8.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- find out what data of yours we hold and receive a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data (the "right to be forgotten");
- withdraw your consent to processing;
- restrict processing or object to it.
To exercise your rights, write to [email protected] — we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Security
We take technical and organizational measures to protect your data: transmission over HTTPS, restricted access, and protection of forms from spam. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we do everything reasonable to keep your information safe.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the update date shown at the top. We will highlight any significant changes prominently.
