Data security
The AI gets access to internal information, so the rules are strict:
- API keys and the knowledge base are stored on the client's side; access is handed over to the owner.
- Customers' personal data is masked before it is sent to the model.
- Dialogues are logged in the client's database: you can see the assistant's answer and the source of each fact.
