Questions and answers
My website got hacked — what should I do?
Don't touch anything — message us right away: we'll restore from a backup, then find and close the vulnerability. No backups? We'll salvage the surviving data and set up copies for the future.
Will you take over a website built by another studio?
Yes, after a 2–3 day audit. We'll need hosting and domain access — the rest we figure out ourselves.
What happens when the plan hours run out?
Extra hours — from €30/hr, or an upgrade to the extended plan. We warn you in advance — never as a surprise on the invoice.
Can I skip the monthly plan?
Of course: one-off improvements from €30/hr. But monitoring and backups only run on a plan — and they're the main lifesaver during late-night outages.
Maybe a new website is easier than patching the old one?
